What's next after placing my order?

Upon successfully have your order placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address that you have provided. This confirmation e-mail will serve as your invoice. This confirmation will also acknowledge that your order information is correct. If you have not received your confirmation e-mail, kindly contact us at [email protected] immediately, we will assist you further.

 

How to make changes or cancel my order?

If you noticed mistakes and want to make changes or cancel, kindly do inform us in the soonest time possible via our e-mail help desk: [email protected]. Any last minute amendments can be fulfilled provided that you notify us of the changes ONE (1) business day of your order placement. Be assured that any alterations can be accommodated, charges may apply according to the complexity of any new requirements.

 

Is there credit card payment method?

Of course. You can make payment via MOLPay. MOLPay is a payment gateway that accepts all major local bank transfer, credit cards and Paypal as well. Rest assured that this is a secure checkout platform with Secure Socket Layering (SSL) for processing online payments.

 

ETA for my order to be arrived?

The delivery time could vary depending the season. The goods are promised to be delivered within a week on normal season whereas 2 weeks on peak season. Urgent orders can be expedited to be completed earlier. But expediting an order will incur a RUSH Fee. RUSH is available at our discretion and may not be offered depending on the state of production. Contact us at [email protected] to check on the status of your order and inquire about the fee a RUSH job would incur.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally, we will utilize the available freight forwarding companies in Malaysia to deliver your order internationally. Please be informed that the shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customers.

How will my goods be shipped?

ShoeShop.my goods are generally ship via FedEx or POSLaju. All shipping costs and times are calculated using normal ground delivery. Most orders can be delivered within 5 business days from the shipping date. Furthermore, our shipments do not require a signature and are left on your doorstep if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. Larger orders and products may have to be shipped via LTL truck carrier. Expedited shipping is available and appropriate rates may apply.

 

Do you packed the goods?

Yes, all ShoeShop.my goods come with a care packaging.
